For Short Articles about about #3 Squadron for the Local Newspapers.

https://sites.google.com/site/striker3aircadets/announcements/writerswanted-1/20110526%20Age%20Dispatch%20-%203%20Striker%20RCACS%20Gliding.jpg
The #3 Squadron Sponsoring Committee encourages cadets, past and present, and even officers, staff and parents, to volunteer to write small articles (300 words or less) for the Strathroy Age Dispatch about what the Cadet program has done for them. Cadets and Alumni of #3 Striker can write articles about summer camps, bush weekends, gliding familiarization, power flights, annual trips, the annual ceremonial review, inter-unit exchanges, international exchanges, band competitions, marksmanship competitions, orientation competitions, public speaking competitions, community involvement, remembrance and veterans day events and other squadron events. Please do not submit the article directly to the paper. Deliver, mail or e-mail them to a member of the Sponsoring Committee or give to an Officer of the Squadron. Once we have reviewed the articles, and have acquired a sufficient number of them, we will deliver them to the Age Dispatch for consideration. Photos are encouraged, so please submit them as JPG images (size max 300 KB colour or B&W) on a USB stick. For more information on this program please contact a member of the 3 Striker Squadron Sponsoring Committee.
